DAVID A. ROSS .. had to resign his academic & leadership post at S.V.A./School of Visual Arts, NYC / this week, because his name was included in the EPSTEIN FILES, and NOT in a good way !! especially for a professional who dealt with mostly underage students or very young adults. Ross, also a museum curator, was most recently the Chair of the S.V.A. MFA art program. You can google the mainstream news for the gritty details, first reported by ARTnews.

collaborative duo BLINN & LAMBERT (aka NICHOLAS STEINDORF & KYLE WILLIAMS), will present the latest project in l_c’s ongoing ‘CHAMBER’ series, a suite of film-and slide-based works. “Drawn together by their shared backgrounds in painting, which led them to their current work in moving-image, installation, and projected light, their collaboration is shaped by a sensibility for deadpan humor and pacing, and by a process that centers on experimentation, invention, and material exploration. Their work explores questions rooted in their history with painting: How does an image hold time ?
