how can there be so much joyful, creative freedom – on this side of the geo-political world / and, so little – on the other.

the lush, free environs of the ‘Big Apple’, NYC vs. the deathtrap deadline this weekend portends / for the ‘graveyard of the nations’ – Afghanistan.
