I first meet SERGEJ VUTUC at a wonderful outlaw totally off-the-grid, wild & absolute de-constructed show put on by . . . JOCKO WEYLAND of ELK ZINE & his sometimes, roving / pop-up .. ELK GALLERY,
in the ROCKAWAYS !! ROCKAWAY BEACH – back in SEPT 2011.
the show was called:
SERGEJ VUTUC & LELE – LIVE FROM USA (!!)

SERGEJ VUTUC, LARS GREIWE and DAVID COULIAU at the opening night/the only night (!!) .. of the show.
it was a one night – PAR-TAY !!
photographer SERGEJ VUTUC originally hails from the BALKANS, CROATIA.
LARS GREIWE is a photographer from GERMANY, and DAVID COULIAU is a documentary filmmaker/cameraman – from FRANCE.

we got TOTALLY LOST – in the ROCKAWAYS on the way home. if you’ve been there – then you know what I’m talkin about ..
s-c-a-r-y. totally scary.
the projects .. re-done as a concrete wasteland, that goes on for miles.
no parks, no green. nada. nada & more .. nada.
whatever.
