It was re-claimed from the streets, this summer (2011),  from a homeless hard-core hoarder, o.k. a bum &#8211; with an eye for art !! who calls Tompkins Square Park home. it shows its street colors proudly, the stitches are slightly stringy at the edges, and it has a patina of slight wear and tear, o.k. the yarn has a slightly grimy feel &#8211;  from being exposed to the elements. but it doesn&#8217;t look &#8211; like for that long.  like they say in the antiquities biz &#8211; dude, that&#8217;s how you know &#8211;  it&#8217;s the real deal.<br \/>\nP-A-T-I-N-A.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.artloversnewyork.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/ur-art-here-front.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.artloversnewyork.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/ur-art-here-front.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"ur-art-here---front\" width=\"576\" height=\"432\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7385\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.artloversnewyork.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/ur-art-here-front.jpg 576w, https:\/\/www.artloversnewyork.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/ur-art-here-front-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I think its fair to consider the &#8220;UR ART HERE&#8221;  patterned into the crochet &#8211; on the front of the cart &#8211; a bonafide OLEK signature. and nope, HESH doesn&#8217;t come with the cart &#8211; but if ur nice &#8211; we can get him to deliver it !! <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.artloversnewyork.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/beau-free1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.artloversnewyork.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/beau-free1.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"beau-free\" width=\"432\" height=\"576\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7389\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.artloversnewyork.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/beau-free1.jpg 432w, https:\/\/www.artloversnewyork.com\/zine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/beau-free1-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>the BEAU street tag canvas is attached to the cart &#8211; with large stringed loops.
