artist, filmmaker, and drummer<\/em>, MICHEL GONDRY was not at the opening of his interactive show – ‘BE KIND REWIND’ – now up at DEITCH PROJECTS on WOOSTER ST. He was said to be in BERLIN, on business. <\/p>\n

MICHEL GONDRY is a familiar sight on the KOSTABI show – when he is in town. Maybe he got some of the inspiration for ‘BE KIND REWIND’ from ‘NAME THAT PAINTING’ – a makeshift low budget TV ‘game show’ – if, there ever was one !!<\/p>\n

notwithstanding the recent negative review in the New York Times – SIMON CERIGO is happy to report – as he happened to pass by DEITCH PROJECTS on WOOSTER ST – this past SATURDAY – that: ” . . . the kids were flocking<\/em> to make their own ‘Indie’ movies at the MICHEL GONDRY ‘BE KIND REWIND’ show”. <\/p>\n
