it’s really interesting to go to the show and see the actual<\/em> sizes of the pieces above. the jpegs were pretty much posted – sized as they came in (most likely, web\/formatted by the artists individually) – and, there are some real surprises.<\/p>\n

The JAMES BRITTINGHAM piece is much larger than it appears to be, above. The MICHAEL GREATHOUSE piece is much, much smaller in reality, and the PETE PEZZIMENTI painting, is probably the largest painting in the show !!<\/p>\n

The show is hung beautifully, and all things taken into account – one has to say: there is a definite & dynamic visual and conceptual edge to this show. The rawness of the space and its off-the-beaten track feel – only add to the almost tangible, yet mysterious and provocative visual experience. <\/p>\n
