\nnot to forget, all the influences brought to bear, to this new country, by succeeding waves of immigration.
\n& unless you were a Native American, and Emily D. was surely NOT !! she comes from a line of immigrants.<\/p>\n

\neven just consider: the Protestant heart of Emily’s early Americana vs. . . Emmanuel Limon’s Mexican \/ South L.A. born . . Christ iconography \/ Spanish colonist, etc. etc.
\nwhich is a whole topic in and of, itself.
\nand also: what makes 18th\/19th C Europeans . . more entitled to populate America, than . . indigent South Americans ? which would be the natural . . continental geo \/ bio flow ???<\/p>\n
