EARL, such a great<\/strong> name, right up there with ELVIS, what happened to it ?
\nDuke, Duke, Duke of Earl . . . sweet harmony, of oppressed peoples, USA – console me.
\nwell, at least we have photos – of those ruins, but nothing beats the real thing, for a real good time travel, not to mention real time commune with fellow artists from way back.
\nit’s war on art and civilization, not jest religion and politics.
\nwhat else is new. I’m so distraught.

\nturned out this yellow background, metal sign format – was an important prototype for the kind of signage Steve was going to put up at DISMALAND.
\nthe coloring is based on authentic retro New York City – street signage.<\/p>\n

\nI was such a huge fan, Steve signed me a real nice ‘signature’ on the back !!<\/p>\n

\nI considered myself very, very . . lucky to acquire the piece, it’s about 22 inches square, metal on a frame base, unique. for the grand total of: $250 !!
\nbasically: zip !!
\nbut still, every friggin’ cent I had<\/em> to my name – but, hey: CA-CHING $$$$$$!!!!!!<\/p>\n

\ndamn, he’s prob even charging for the stickers, now. ha. he’s a hustler, very fun guy !!
