The superficial qualities of these works disorient the viewer from the original image &#8211; encouraging further analysis and examination emphasizing experience through image, time, and formal experimentation. This selection of videos oscillate between recognizable pictures and abstractions.<\/p>\n<p>NICHOLAS received his BFA from Columbia College in Chicago in 2009 and he currently resides and works out of Brooklyn, NY. His work appeared in various group exhibitions over the past five years including <em>EX<\/em> (International Arts Movement, NY, 2012), <em>Sans<\/em> (Co-Prosperity Sphere, Chicago, 2012), <em>Collection<\/em> (The Arcade, Chicago, 2011), <em>Indestructible  Youth<\/em> (Kunz Vis Projects, Chicago, 2010),<em> Frame<\/em> (C33 Gallery, Chicago, 2010), <em>Regeneration<\/em> (New York Center for Art and Media Studies, NY, 2010), and <em>Venice Biennial Workshop Ancillary Exhibition <\/em> (Venice, Italy, 2009).<\/p>\n<p>CoWorker Projects is . . . the creation of former co-workers and friends YULIA TOPCHIY (a partner at Entwine) and JESSICA SAIN who previously worked alongside each other at GOFF+ROSENTHAL GALLERY and Entwine in New York City. CoWorker Projects find them co-working again to show weekly art videos in the downstairs lounge at Entwine, a full bar in the heart of the West Village.<br \/>\nThe artists and the videos change weekly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YES !!<\/strong><br \/>\nI WENT TO THE OPENING &#038; HAD A GREAT GREAT TIME.
