Nick runs a small hands-on publishing company out of KUTZTOWN, PHILLY. He produced the limited edition rug for PETER SUTHERLAND, and also recently published a small, letterpress printed, limited edition (500) book: 'Even in the End' - a (creative !!) collection of PETER SUTHERLAND photographic images. SUTHERLAND BROS 'AMATEUR HOUR' opening, ATM, Oct 22, 2009.

NICK GOTTLUND shows us the wonderful little handcrafted book he just published for PETER SUTHERLAND, titled: 'Even in the End'. Letterpress printed. Engravings by A&G, Los Angeles. Black ink on 80lb. Finch Vellum paper. 6 x 9 in. 24 pages. Hand sewn binding. Edition of 500 plus A.P. - a finely thought-out collaboration between photographer and publisher - the black and white images were printed by hand from photo engraved copperplates. here's a nice thought, from the GOTTLUND VERLAG website - considering the careful handmade nature of the book: "The rugged nature of the book matches the wild and epic scale of the images.' !!
